Payment Terms
At Moment Studios, we aim to make our payment policies transparent and straightforward. Please review the following terms carefully before making a booking. By proceeding with a booking, you agree to these terms.

1. Payment Methods Accepted

For Individual Sessions, payments can be made via the provided booking page using PayPal, where credit and debit cards are accepted.

For Corporate Sessions, invoices will be sent via PayPal, which also accepts credit and debit card payments.

For all bookings, we also accept PayPal Credit and PayPal’s “Pay in Three” payment option, providing additional flexibility for your convenience.
2. Payment Schedule

Individual Sessions: Payment is due at the time of booking.

Corporate Sessions:

For bookings under 12 employees, payment is due at the time of booking.

For bookings over 12 employees, we are happy to accept a 50% non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance due 48 hours prior to your company session.

3. Deposits and Booking Fees

Corporate Sessions: For bookings over 12 employees, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session. The remaining balance must be paid 48 hours before the session.

We do not charge any booking fees.
4. Refunds and Cancellations

All bookings are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule your session, we will endeavor to accommodate your request for a future date.

For individual sessions, rescheduling is subject to the availability of sessions hosted by your education provider, co-working space, or member organisation.

If no availability exists within your chosen dates, we will credit you with a session at our next available pop-up.

5. Late Payments
For corporate bookings where a non-refundable deposit has been paid, the remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to your company’s session. Bookings not paid for by this time will be canceled.
6. Invoices and Receipts

Individual Bookings: Receipts are provided at the time of booking.

Corporate Sessions: Invoices are issued at the time of booking, and receipts are provided once payment has been made.
7. Taxes and Additional Fees

VAT is included in all bookings, and no extra charges apply.

In the event of damage to our equipment, we reserve the right to issue an invoice for its replacement or repair at our discretion.
